Robotic Welding Arms – OTC Daihen provides a variety of robotic welding arms for any CO2, MAG, MIG, TIG, and air plasma cutting application. All OTC welding robots are Windows NT and operate on a CAN bus interface for ease of use and greater operator control.

• AX-H3 – The AX-H3 compact arc welding robot is OTC DAIHEN’s solution for small to medium works, ideal in the automotive industry. The AX-H3 can easily be both vertically and ceiling mounted. Due to its compact design, the AX-H3 utilizes a conventional mounted wire feeder.
• AII-B4 – The AII-B4 arc welding robot represents the newest in robotic innovations. Sporting a unique design with a through-arm coaxial cable, this robot is highly versatile at welding in confined spaces or complicated fixtures. The coaxial cable of the AII-B4 also helps improve wire feeding, which helps improve overall weld quality.
• AII-B4L (Long Reach) – The AII-B4L arc welding robot is the longer version of the equally powerful and versatile AII-B4 robot. The AII-B4L features include the through-arm coaxial cable design, which allows for improved access and wire feedability to confined spaces and complicated features.
• AII-V6 - The AII-V6 is OTC DAIHEN’s standard arc welding robot. The AII-V6 supports most welding applications and is one of our most popular products.
• AII-V6L (Long Reach) – Sharing many of the same features as the AII-V6 arc welding robot, the AII-V6L also features a longer arm for increased reach and is ideal for working with large fixtures. And like the other AX Series robots, the AII-V6L also features individual servo shock sensors on each axis to prevent damage to robot.
• AII-V20 - The AII-V20 is largest dedicated arc welding robot, with a maximum payload of up to 16kg (33 lbs). This unique trait allows the AII-V20 to be used in both arc welding and material handling applications.

Welding Positioners – OTC DAIHEN also offers several different sliding positioners. Designed to work with all OTC DAIHEN brand robotic systems, these sliders have strokes ranging from 3 to 15 feet and come available in both pneumatic and servo-driven configurations.











Robotic Welding Cells – Partnered with Worker Automation and OTC Daihen, Modern Machinery can supply you with a robotic welding cell to fit your needs. We offer standard cells, as well as, custom designed robotic welding cells for your products.









Welding Torches - All OTC DAIHEN brand torches are made with the same high degree of quality and are designed specifically to work with OTC DAIHEN brand products. For more information on specific torches, please contact our customer service department.

• GMAW Torches - OTC DAIHEN offers standard torches available for steel, aluminum, stainless, and exotic metal GMAW applications, available in both semi-automatic (manual) welding guns and robotic use torches. For robotic torches, both standard wire-fed and AC servo motor driven models are available.
• Manual Torches - The superior design of our WTC line of semi-automatic GMAW guns is the result of OTC DAIHEN technology refinement. The WTC torches are the finest and most durable guns available for our D-series.
• Plasma Cutting Torches - OTC DAIHEN also supplies 2 manual cutting torches (short and long handle types) and a robot mounted version for use with our D12000 Air Plasma Cutting machine.
• TIG Torches - OTC DAIHEN offers a standard torches for robotic use TIG applications, with models for both TIG filler and TIG fusion packages.
