Titan II

The Titan II is a gantry type system which supports a variety of cutting processes, to produce superior plasma cut part quality. Up to eight torch stations may be installed on the Titan II to increase productivity. The machine’s AC Servo drives produce smooth motion at either end of the speed range, either low speed for cutting thick sections with oxyfuel, or high speed necessary for superior plasma cutting.
Features and Benefits
- PC based global control
- Positioning speed to 1000 ipm
- Dual Y-axis AC Servo drives
- X and Y Motion accuracy of +/- .009 (in 72″ in travel) and repeatability of .005″
- Full cutting width for first 3 carriages
- Process controls ergonomically designed
- Floor mounted 90lb/yd crane rail for x-axis ways
TMC4500ST

The TMC4500ST is a heavy duty plasma cutting machine built for state-of-the-art performance in the rigorous environment of fabrication shops and service centers. Box beam steel construction results in a stiff backbone to the gantry frame. Hardened and ground ways support even the heaviest cutting carriages and provide long life. X-axis rails are machined from tough 115 lb./yd. crane rail to support and guide the cutting operation. The TMC4500ST comes with the Global Control, the most advanced CNC control system on the market.
Features and Benefits
- Speed range of 1 to 1000 ipm
- Up to 12 torch positions including 4 plasma stations
- Up to 2 skew axis bevel rotators
- Patented Torch Bar to allow full coverage with all torches
- Full-flow gas manifolds
- Tool Coverage Width from 10′ to 28′, length from 10′ to 200′
- Tools Available TurboFlame oxyfuel torch

Messer EdgeMax

The EdgeMax by Messer MG Systems sports a rugged unitized steel table/frame, full capture bearing assemblies and a low mass aluminum beam driven by dual brushless AC motors, providing fast acceleration, precise motion and a very stable cutting platform.
The EdgeMax Comes in 3 Models:
- EdgeMax H by Messer MG Systems is designed for the smaller shop. It’s a compact machine with a rugged unitized steel table/frame, full capture bearing assemblies, and a low mass aluminum beam. Driven by dual brush less AC motors, the EdgeMax provides fast acceleration, precise motion, and a very stable cutting platform. One plasma torch and tub table come standard.
- EdgeMax G by Messer MG Systems is designed for the smaller shop. It’s a compact machine with a rugged unitized steel table/frame, full capture bearing assemblies and a low-mass aluminum beam. Driven by dual brush less AC motors, the EdgeMax provides fast acceleration, precise motion and a very stable cutting platform. One conventional plasma torch and a zoned, side-ducted, smoke removal table come standard.
- EdgeMax P by Messer MG Systems is designed for the smaller shop. It’s a compact machine with a rugged unitized steel table/frame, full capture bearing assemblies and a low-mass aluminum beam. Driven by dual brush less AC motors, the EdgeMax provides fast acceleration, precise motion and a very stable cutting platform. One precision plasma torch and a zoned, side-ducted, smoke removal table come standard.
