Mandrel Tube Benders – 30mm or less
These 30mm mandrel benders are all capable of processing tube with a diameter of 30mm or less and are equipped with a fully automatic PLC control. These machines provide the highest quality bends and are available in both three and four axes models.
Mandrel Tube Benders – 38mm or less
These 38mm mandrel tube benders are available in semi or fully automatic CNC draw bending machines are designed to use double-stack tooling to produce multi-bend shapes for tubes up to a 38.1mm (1.5 in) max diameter. They come standard with anywhere from one to four programmable axes driven by A/C servo motor for Y – Feeding, B – Rotation, C – Bending, and X – Horizontal Tool Changing. The Master 3 Controller is PC based with an easy-to-use 15″ color LCD touch screen.
Mandrel Tube Benders – 50mm
These fully automatic 50mm mandrel tube benders offer CNC draw bending machines are designed to use double-stack tooling to produce multi-bend shapes for tubes up to a 50.8 mm (2.0 in) max diameter. . They come standard with anywhere from one to four programmable axes driven by A/C servo motor for Y – Feeding, B – Rotation, C – Bending, and X – Horizontal Tool Changing. Mandrel Tube Benders – 65mm
These 65mm mandrel tube benders are semi-automatic, one or two axes NC draw bending machines are designed to produce multi-bend shapes for tubes up to a 65 mm (2.5 in) max diameter. The programmable B-axis (rotation) is servo driven and the programmable C-axis (bend angle) is driven by a hydraulic bending head. The Y-axis (length) is manually set by adjustable stops. The PLC controller has an easy-to-use LCD touch screen.

These 76mm mandrel tube benders are semi-automatic, 1 or 2-axis NC draw bending machines are designed to produce multi-bend shapes for tubes up to a 76.2 mm (3.0 in) max diameter. The programmable C-axis (bend angle) is driven by a 2-speed hydraulic bending head. The B-axis (rotation) and Y-axis (length) are manually set.
